World Book Day 2019:


 

January 2019

Bowness Primary School has been asked to participate in in the ALFA musical production of 'AHOY!'

Join us on a journey across the sea, in a nautical fusion of Tudor songs, sea shanties and original music, celebrating King Henry VIII's famous warship.

'AHOY!' is a non profit production organised by ALFA education ltd with and for our schools and community choirs in association with our corporate partners at the Met.

Bowness Primary School Choir is taking part so please come along and support them in our swashbuckling adventure!

Remembrance Sunday

Our pupils made us extremely proud on Remembrance Sunday. They took part in our local service showing a huge amount of respect. Thank you to all our parents and carers who joined us. Please have look at some of the photographs below.

Bowness Primary school received a fantastic report from OFSTED!!! we did a lot of celebrating.

We have enjoyed celebrating our attendance achievements with non-uniform day and fun in the sun eating ice-cream. A huge thank you to the school council for choosing the rewards.

We were very lucky to be visited by poet Ian Bland. Ian visited each year group and was very impressed by the fabulous poems produced by everybody! We were all left inspired by his work.
