Teaching in the Internet age means we must teach tomorrow’s skills today
At Bowness Primary we understand that a high-quality computing education is essential for pupils to understand modern information and communication technologies (ICT), and for them to use these skills to become responsible, competent, confident and creative participants of an increasingly digital world.
Our digital leaders have enjoyed computing sessions with Waterloo primary and Bolton SCITT.
Year 5 have been developing their ICT skills.
Year 3 using instructions to create a Stoneage Necklace
Year 6 reading and creating their own India facts QR codes
India Radio Weather Report
Year 6 enjoyed making board games to promote E safety ready for the community workshop on Friday 30th September. We based it on snakes and ladders, but had to change the images. Well done all. Good team work.
